It supports UK businesses with day to day IT, cyber security, cloud and infrastructure, and it is the business EPX Intelligence was built on. Both are real offers, and each is bought on its own terms.

EPX IT is a Stafford based managed services provider of over twenty years, supporting UK SMEs of roughly 50 to 120 users with day to day IT support, cyber security, cloud, infrastructure projects and connectivity. EPX Intelligence is its AI and governance practice, serving regulated and professional services firms. The two are sold separately and on their own merits, so an AI programme never requires a support contract and a support contract never requires an AI programme.
How the two relate
EPX Intelligence exists because EPX IT built the foundation it stands on.
Twenty years of managed IT is what gives EPX Intelligence its standing. The engineers, the client relationships, the industry recognition and the Cyber Essentials Plus certification were all earned by EPX IT, and they are the reason a regulated firm can take EPX Intelligence seriously. We are proud of that business and we say so on both sites.
What we keep clear is which one you are buying. If you came for AI governance, a support contract plays no part in it. Project work
Migrations, network and infrastructure refreshes, Microsoft 365 estate work, office moves and the one off pieces that do not fit inside a support contract.

Microsoft 365 and Azure, backup and recovery, and the underlying estate that everything else depends on.

Does EPX IT still provide managed IT support?
Yes, EPX IT still provides managed IT support, and has done for over 20 years. That covers day to day support, monitoring, cyber security, cloud and infrastructure projects for UK SMEs of roughly 50 to 120 users. EPX Intelligence is a separate AI and governance practice for a different buyer, and the two are bought separately.
Are EPX Intelligence AI services bundled with managed IT support?
No, EPX Intelligence AI programmes are never bundled with EPX IT managed IT support. They are sold standalone on their own merits, they do not require a managed IT contract, they do not require you to change IT provider, and they work alongside an in house team and an incumbent provider. The two propositions are deliberately kept separate.
