The AI readiness assessment takes about two minutes, runs entirely in your browser, and asks for no email address. It gives you a position across the four pillars and tells you what would move you on. Plenty of people use it first and get in touch afterwards with a much sharper question, which suits everybody.

Do I have to book a discovery call to talk to someone?
No. A discovery call is offered because it is usually the fastest way to get a useful answer, but it is not the only route. Telephone, email or send a message and a person will reply. There is no obligation to book anything, and no obligation attached to the call itself.
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to reply to your enquiry and nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list unless you ask to be, and a first enquiry is not passed into an automated nurture sequence. The EPX IT privacy policy covers how we handle it.
Can I send confidential detail in a first message?
Please do not. Keep a first message at the level of the problem rather than the detail, and leave out client names and case specifics. If answering properly needs that detail, say so and we will arrange a call or put an NDA in place first. We would rather ask than have it arrive in an inbox.
I am an existing EPX IT client and need IT support. Is this the right place?
